Change isn’t easy. It’s difficult. It’s really difficult when we’re in an established routine. We can make change easier for ourselves and for others if we think differently about change. What if an enjoyable alternative was offered to replace what we want to change? It works. In the following YouTube video you’ll see a creative approach to changing behavior.
