It’s dark because you are trying too hard. Lightly child, lightly. Learn to do everything lightly. Yes, feel lightly even though you’re feeling deeply. Just lightly let things happen and lightly cope with them. So throw away your baggage and go forward. There are quicksands all about you, sucking at your feet, trying to suck you down into fear and self-pity and despair. That’s why you must walk so lightly. Lightly my darling.

  1. The baggage I’m carrying is fear of loneliness and failure. But I realized what I want to do with my life now, and maybe this can help me overcome that fear. As someone in one of my favorite books said: The death of fear is knowledge. I want to learn and teach, so this can be true for me.

    1. Thank you for sharing your story. You have incredible courage to go forward in the face of your fears toward a laudable goal. Never quit. Never give up. Ray
