What an incredible woman Helen Keller was. My mother met her in person in Rochester, New York with her second aide, Ms. Thompson.
Thank you for your comment. How fortunate! Helen Keller is a model of courage, insight, and wisdom for 21st Century humans. Have a great day. Ray
Isn’t it a shame then that the US Educational system, run by Republicans have removed her from History books as of this year and deemed her life not worthy of teaching to school children. Her life, such an inspiration to so many for so long will not be known unless taught by others. This is how America is being made great – again?
Helen Keller’s life and works will continue to be an inspiration for generations yet unborn. Her light will never be extinguished. Shine on. Ray
