My mom made a great pasta sauce. She never looked at a recipe. After it cooked most of the day, she’d ask me to sample it (and cautioned me not to take a meatball). It was always delicious. There’s a lesson is life in her sauce. Use the right ingredients, sprinkle lots of love, and let it simmer throughout the day. Thanks, Mom.
