Three ways to beat the blues:

  1. Get out of the house: go for a walk, go to a restaurant, go out with friends even if you don’t feel like it.

  2. If you just don’t feel like doing anything, listen to music, something that inspires you and gives you motivation.

  3. Get up and get going, don’t sit and hope the blues will go away. Johnny Cash sings, “Hey, get rhythm when you get the blues / C’mon get rhythm, when you get the blues / Get a rock ‘n roll feeling in your bones  /Put taps on your toes and get goin’ / Get rhythm, when you get the blues.”
