What if you took 30 minutes to take a brain break? Leave the digital media alone. No TV. No music app. No podcast playing. Just you, alone with your thoughts. Enjoy a long shower. Go for a walk. Sip a coffee without reading anything. Your brain may say thank you, I needed that.
