If you’re like me, you exercise early in the morning. I usually exercise about 90 minutes after breakfast. I’ve found a few things that work for me so I don’t hear my stomach complaining half way through my workout.

Here’s my daily ritual:

A cup of bold roast coffee (black).

A medium bowl of blueberries with a date and couple of prunes.

A small bowl of muesli topped with a teaspoon of honey and cinnamon. I’ll switch out with a banana and peanut butter or a piece of hardy bread toasted with peanut butter.

Do you have a breakfast that works for you? Please share it.

I’m psyched about hitting the gym today. I hope you are as well.
