🤗 A Better Life ~ Four Guides for a Good Day

If I follow these four guides, I’ll have a good day.

  1. I’ll take the day, one step at at a time. No rushing about.
  2. I’ll take frequent 30 second breaks to stop my mind from being overactive.
  3. I’ll recognize the difference between what is important and what is not important to do. 
  4. I’ll be grateful for the day and everyone who passes my way.
