Quick check: Are the people you spend the most time with making you feel better after you leave? Are the books you’re reading, shows you’re watching, or thoughts you’re having lifting you up? If the answer to either question is no, it’s time to make some important changes. It’ll take courage, but the changes will make all the difference.
