    1. Thank you for your comments, Terveen. Our baggage is carried in our memories. I’ve not heard of a way of washing away bad memories. Bad memories will pop up unexpectedly. I believe the key is in whether or not I give them power over me. I can stop If memories from dragging me into a time and place I don’t want go by becoming aware of what is happening to me and turning to something constructive. The negative feeling may linger for a bit, but as soon as it realizes it has no foothold, it takes off. Have a great day. Stay strong. Shine on. Ray
