Filling But Not Fattening

    1. Oatmeal (better if it is cooked than in a muffin or toast).
    2. Fruits like blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries), apples, mango, pears, and avocados.
    3. Eggs (Try pairing a hard-boiled egg with a handful of almonds, and a side of berries for the ultimate filling snack.)
    4. Nuts. Nuts are another great filling option when you need a quick snack or a pick-me-up.
    5. Dark leafy greens (Try adding some greens like kale to a stir-fry, an omelet, or even a veggie muffin to add a superfood boost and keep you feeling full.)
    6. Lentils (Lentils are a plant-based superfood that adds a healthy dose of protein; lentils can help keep you full between meals.)
