If all you talk about is what’s wrong, dangerous, or threatening, I imagine your anxiety level is high and you might feel angry. What if you talked about what can be done, good experiences, and optimistic dreams for the days ahead? I imagine you’ll feel a lot better. The negative stuff is a big weight tied to our waist and holds us back.
It’s terrible for one’s health. 🙂
Thank you for your comments, Terveen. We have to be careful of the people with whom we associate; if they are negative people they can affect our mood. After visiting with them we feel as if we’re just emerging from a black hole. Whenever possible, it’s better to be around people who life us up and plant seeds of hope in our heart.
