💡 Something to Think About

Start talking to yourself! What? Talk to myself? Yes, talk to yourself. It’s time to feed your mind positive language and feedback. What have  you got to lose? Go to the closest mirror and look at yourself and say, “(name) you look fantastic. You are going to have a great day. Your day is going to get better as it goes on. You get the idea. If you catch yourself in negative talk, replace it quickly with positive self talk. If you catch yourself in negative thoughts replace them with positive thoughts. Here’s  a caution, people may think something is wrong with you because you’re too happy, you’re always wearing a smile, and you’re always looking forward to something better coming your way.
