πŸ€— A Better Life ~ Which Will You Choose?

I saw a short YouTube video where the famous musician, Quincy Jones, was sharing the best advice he ever heard. He quoted Mark Twain, β€œAnger is an acid that does more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to the vessel to which it is poured.” Holding on to anger is like holding on to a stick of dynamite with a burning fuse. When we turn our minds from anger, we create a space for constructive thoughts. There is an inverse proportion between our sense of peace and and our sense of anger. As one goes up, the other goes down. I know which one I want to choose, how about you?
