Houses have many doors. It is a metaphor for our minds. When we close all the doors but one, we limit what can come in. With only one door open, we may fall into the trap of only allowing what we want to hear to enter. The more doors we open, the greater our understanding of the world around us. The greatest fear to opening all the doors is that we may have to modify what has become fixed in our minds.

    1. Hi Terveen, Yes, change is difficult. It’s more difficult if we’re set into a certain way of doing things. When we open the doors to our mind we prepare our minds to search through an infinite number of possibilities. Openness is the way through. I think I’ll be open to all the good things coming my way today. Hope your day is overflowing with them as well. Ray
