When is enough, enough? We’ve all reached the breaking point at some time. We’ve had enough. Whatever it is, it builds slowly until something small thing causes an explosion. We can avoid breaking point moments if we have the courage to talk about the issues before they reach the critical level. When we talk about issues, we are entering into a dialogue. If the dialogue is open and honest we allow each other to freely express him/herself. Honest dialogues address the problems from multiple perspectives and seeks common solutions.
I am an optimistic, can do, and never quit guy. The spirit of hope indelibly marks my DNA. My research at The Ohio State University helped people discover the best in themselves and change their personal lives, public organizations, and whole communities.
