Pete: “What did he say?”
Joe: “He said, ‘No, I was working that day.'”

Risk
Author Unknown
To laugh is to risk appearing a fool
To weep is to risk appearing sentimental
To reach out for another is to risk involvement
To expose your feelings is to risk
exposing your true self
To place your ideal, your dreams before a crowd
is to risk their loss
To love is to risk not being loved in return
To live is to risk dying
To hope is to risk despair
To try is to risk failure
Yet risks must be taken
Because the greatest hazard in life is risking
NOTHING
The person who risks nothing
Does nothing
Has nothing
Is nothing
Self-realisation is harder than
Self Sacrifice
We all have our favorite songs. We have playlists for exercising, relaxing, waking up, and working. Have you thought about what song you are singing. It’s the song from deep in your heart that resonates with your destiny. Is your song barely heard? Or, is it playing loudly so everyone can hear it? Don’t let any other song replace it. When you hear your song, love it, put it on every playlist.Play it again and again.
It’s tough to start over. It can be done. New beginnings breathe new life. New beginnings create a new life force. Don’t fear starting over. When you start over, life begins again.
Do your ideas conform to what society holds as acceptable? Or, do your ideas and thoughts challenge others to think differently about existing ways of doing and thinking? .If we keep doing things the same way we’ll get the same results, Go to the edge and challenge the status quo.
When it’s shining, don’t throw shade. Everything will be brighter.
It’s hard to imagine a more perfect food than beans. One cooked cup can provide as much as 17 grams of fiber. They’re also loaded with protein and dozens of key nutrients, including a few most women fall short on—calcium, potassium, and magnesium. Studies tie beans to a reduced risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and breast and colon cancers. Keep your cupboards stocked with all kinds: black, white, kidney, fat-free refried, etc.
