We all want a long, healthy, and happy lifetime. There are no guarantees with the long and healthy parts. We can do our best to exercise, eat healthy foods, and get proper sleep; these all help but they do not guarantee a long and healthy life.  It is possible to  be happy during the lifetime that we have. Happiness is more of an attitude toward life than it is something we can acquire. Some of the happiest people I’ve met are those with the least. Conversely, some of the unhappiest people I’ve met are those with the most. Happiness doesn’t depend on one’s wealth, it is how we look at each moment. Whatever the length of your lifetime, make the most of it, enjoy every moment of happiness.
