“When the mind is allowed to relax, inspiration often follows.” Phil Jackson
Runners will often say that great insights come to them during their run. Running relaxes them. The runner gets into the rhythm of his/her pace and thoughts ramble through his/her head. Out of nowhere and insight floods their minds. It happens to all us when we find ourselves lost in a relaxing moment. It doesn’t have to be running. It can be working in a garden, walking, or playing an instrument. Our minds quiet down and allow new insights to enter.
I am an optimistic, can do, and never quit guy. The spirit of hope indelibly marks my DNA. My research at The Ohio State University helped people discover the best in themselves and change their personal lives, public organizations, and whole communities. I bring the same spirit and enthusiasm to my blog to help those who grieve who find themselves suddenly alone, navigate their grieving. Join my more than 24,300Twitter (@alwaysgoodstuff).
