Feeling Good Tip of the Day ~ Slow it Down, Be at Peace

“Have patience.  What’s the rush? Putting stress and pressure on ourselves creates impatience.  Learn to enjoy times where we simply have to wait.  While waiting in line, take the opportunity to have a friendly passing conversation with someone new or catch up on trending news in your favorite local magazine.” Source

NOTE: Patience isn’t easy to practice. Yet, it is a sure pathway to peace. Is it better to feel like a boiling pot of water or to feel like a serene calm lake? Most of the things that can’t wait, can wait. Patience accompanied with a smile makes our world a bit more peaceful and kind.
