Last night I went outside to watch for shooting stars. A cold front was passing through and making south Texas feel a bit like winter (just a tad). I looked into a cloudless sky and saw the constellation Orion. I stood gazing into the sky, one with the universe. It felt good to be alive. My heart filled with wonder. Wouldn’t you know it, a moment before I decided to go inside a shooting star flashed across the sky. I want to sing and dance.
