Today’s Health Tip ~ Dealing with Dry Skin in the Winter

Dry Skin in the Winter?

Call it a perfect storm of environmental conditions. Not only is outside humidity lower, but cold temperatures also mean you’re spending more time inside, which isn’t always ideal for your skin.

 Try these tips:

    1. Limit the length and frequency of showers.
    2. Apply moisturizer right after showering.
    3. Look for fragrance-free products
    4. Don’t over exfoliate.
    5. Use a humidifier.
    6. Protect your hands
