COVID-19 Is a Bummer – It Can’t Stop Good Things From Happening
Here are a few of the good things I witnessed or experienced today:
- A Mexican blue bird visited today. If you’ve never seen one, you’re missing a real treat. Thanks for the visit blue bird.
- I’m making Mexican black beans for dinner in the slow cooker. The fragrance is tempting me to run to the store for tortillas. I have avocados for guacamole. Italian and Mexican foods are my favs! Grateful.
- A neighbor driving by while I walked, stopped her car to check on me. How’s that for neighbors having your back? Grateful for good neighbors.
- We’re another day closer to a solution. It’s going to happen. Don’t give up. Stay strong, wash your hands, and keep smiling.
The little things are priceless treasures to me. They brighten my day. I hope your day is filled to overflowing with the little things that make life worth living.
Grateful for all the above.
