Commitment is central to all our relationships. It is a giving of our word that we will follow through on what we’ve promised. When we hold firm to our commitments we earn the trust of the person(s) to whom we made our commitment. How we honor our commitments is a stamp on our character.
I am an optimistic, can do, and never quit guy. The spirit of hope indelibly marks my DNA. My research at The Ohio State University helped people discover the best in themselves and change their personal lives, public organizations, and whole communities.
