5 Tips to Feel Happier

  1. Take a news free day.
  2. Set aside for a day any worry about who will win the presidential election.
  3. Buy a pint of your favorite ice cream and watch a fun movie.
  4. Gather friends / family (social distance) and do the ‘Chicken Dance.’  If this doesn’t make you feel good, it’s time for a nap.
  5. Spend some cash and send a surprise gift to a friend or family member.
