The recipe for happiness resides within us. The trouble is, we don’t go to our mental bookshelf to read our happiness book. Here’s a tip. Sit back, close your eyes, and remember a time in your life when you were happy, really happy. Who was there? What was going on? What made it a happy event for you? Can you feel a smile sweep across your face? Take the happiness recipe from this event and apply to your life, today.
